How do I submit a checkpoint for approval?
You may be required to submit your completed checkpoint for approval. Authors can choose between requiring your manager, a specific user, or member of a group approve your checkpoint completion.
Bridge currently supports the following file types and formats:
- Audio: MP3
- Video: AVI, FLV, MP4, MPG, MPEG, MKV, MOV
- Video URLs: YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia
- Images: GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, PSD, SVG
- Documents: DOC, DOCX, PDF, PUB, TXT
- Other: AI, CSV, ICS, JSON, ODS, ODT, PPT, PPTX, RTF, VCF, XLS, XLSX, ZIP
On the My Learning page, click the title of the checkpoint.
Follow the checkpoint instructions. Some checkpoints may require evidence to be submitted before they can be approved. To upload evidence, you can either drag and drop a file into the Evidence section  or upload a file from your device . When you are finished, click the Request Approval button .
Add a message for the approver, then click the Request Approval button.
View the confirmation message. To view checkpoint activity, including comments from you and the checkpoint approver, click the View Comments and Activity link.
View Pending Approval
Checkpoints that are pending approval will remain in the Required section on your My Learning page.
Approvers may request that you resubmit your checkpoint. Requests for resubmission will be indicated by a Retry icon on your My Learning page.
View Approver Comments
You can view comments from the approver for more information about the request for resubmission . To resubmit your checkpoint for approval, click the Request Approval button .
View Approved Checkpoint
Approved checkpoints are indicated by an Approved icon in the Completed section on your My Learning page.
