How do I edit a checkpoint?

You can edit the title, instructions, and settings of checkpoints in your account at any time.

Note: Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.

Open Application Switcher Menu

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon [1]. Then, click the Author menu option [2].

Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ based on what is enabled in your account.

Open Checkpoints Page

In the Author menu, click the Checkpoints link.

Open Checkpoint

On the Checkpoints page, click the name of a checkpoint.

Open Checkpoint Editor

Click the the Edit button.

Edit Checkpoint Content

Add, edit, or delete content using the Rich Content Editor. After you are finished making changes, click the Publish button [1].

To return to the Checkpoints page without publishing the changes, click the Close icon [2].

To edit the checkpoint settings, click the More Settings link.

View Updated Settings

As you edit the checkpoint settings, your changes will be saved automatically.
